AP&W is in network with Cigna, Aetna, Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield, Optum, Oscar Heath, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and United HealthCare. AP&W currently partners with Headway for billing. Prior to your first appointment your insurance will be verified through Headway. We require an active credit card on file with Headway. 

AP&W currently sees individuals age 16+. 

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to cancellation/no show fee of $100. More information can be found in the policy agreement you sign when booking your first appointment. 

Yes you can, if you have a commercial insurance not accepted by our practice or do not have insurance. AP&W's cash pay rate for an initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation is $300 and for a 30-minute medication management follow up is $150. We can provide a superbill for out-of-pocket network clients to submit to their insurance. Please note we can not accept medicare or medicaid clients at this time. 

AP&W is only offering tele-health services at this time for individuals in the state of Maryland. 

Prior to booking your first appointment we recommend thoroughly reviewing AP&W's policies and procedures regarding controlled substances. Controlled substance are prescribed conservatively and are not our preferred method of treatment.
